Today's nonprofit
organizations face a multitude of opportunities
and
challenges. Yet, unlike for-profit companies, nonprofits often lack the
resources and vision needed to take courageous steps to ensure the vitality
of their organizations and the effectiveness of their leaders. As a nonprofit consultant, trainer and coach, I offer knowledge and experience to support organizations as they struggle to meet the needs of their clients and communities. Over the years I have worn a number of hats — executive director, board member, teacher, activist — but my favorite role, and definitely my calling, is nonprofit champion. In this role, I bring my unique, insider’s perspective to the work I enjoy most: helping nonprofit organizations be the best they can be.
I am committed to
working with nonprofit organizations and their leaders to build capacity,
improve organizational performance, establish long-term sustainability and inspire
courageous acts. I am passionate — and it shows — about helping those who
help others. I believe in the power of the nonprofit sector to create
change, to ensure we live in a just and healthy world, to improve today
for tomorrow.
